SENIOR CHEMIST
We are seeking a Senior Chemist with strong expertise in materials chemistry and hands-on lab experience to join our growing team. This role will be central in developing and applying tailored eGraphene solutions for battery applications. You will serve as the technical bridge between Sixonia’s R&D team and our customers - from understanding their challenges to co-developing formulations and guiding them in implementation and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Co-Development: Work directly with customers to identify their needs, propose eGraphene solutions and define technical development paths.
R&D & Formulation: Design and produce application-specific eGraphene dispersions and formulations tailored to electrode chemistries.
Product Development: Further enhance eGraphene performance by exploring refinements to raw materials, production setup, functionalization or formulations.
Application & Testing: Apply eGraphene in battery-related samples (e.g., cathode, anode, separator coatings) and guide performance characterization.
Technical Consulting: Advise customers on how to integrate eGraphene into their processes and evaluate performance improvements (e.g., conductivity, stability, cycle life).
Collaboration: Work closely with Sixonia’s R&D, scale-up, and business colleagues to ensure alignment between scientific innovation and customer needs.
Knowledge Building: Stay up to date with advances in 2D materials, battery chemistry, and related fields to continuously strengthen Sixonia’s competitive edge.
